  The Super Critical fluid technology is a new-type separation technology in modern chemical seperation.The Super Critical extaction takes CO2 as the solvent.As CO2 fluid under Super Critical state has larger density and dielectric constant,large dissolvability against substances,which can change abruptly when pressure and temperature chnage therefore it has not only the selection of dissolvability against some substances,the separation of the solvent with the extracted substances is also easily.The super critial CO2 extraction is specially suitable for extraction of fat-soluble and heat sensitive substances with high boiling point,and is suitable for fine separation of different components,i.e.Super Critical fine distillation. 

   Take CO2 as the solvent to make extraction and purification upon a lot of products such as biological products,foodstuff and medicines.

Modern ginger essential oil is extracted by supercritical CO2 extraction. It is extracted from ginger essential oil in supercritical state using CO2 as solvent. Because of the characteristics of CO2 and the green extraction process at room temperature, ginger essential oil has three advantages over ginger oil products produced by traditional processing methods.


1. Standardization of gingerol indicators to ensure the stability of terminal products. The ginger essential oil extracted by supercritical fluid extraction was treated by gas phase and liquid chromatography. The relative content of each component of ginger essential oil was measured by area normalization method. The content of 6-gingerol was determined as the product standard, which standardized the ginger essential oil products. The obtained ginger essential oil had pure natural aroma and complete flavor. The quality is stable and the ginger flavor ingredients are retained to the maximum extent. It is a highly concentrated product of the original juice. Traditional processing methods are affected by ginger varieties, origin, storage and other factors, resulting in inconsistent strength of ginger, which can not guarantee the stability and consistency of terminal products. Ginger essential oil controlled by ginger flavor substance ginger can completely achieve the consistency of ginger pungent flavor.


2. Pure natural, aseptic, hygienic, long shelf life and convenient storage. The whole production process is carried out under normal temperature and high pressure without solvent pollution, and almost no viable bacteria can survive in the production process, which avoids the disadvantages of using traditional spice condiments to sterilize.


3. High concentration, small size and easy to use. High concentration products can be easily diluted and compounded into oil-soluble, water-soluble, oil-water two-soluble and other products to facilitate the use of terminals.
